I thought this guy wasn't going to go campaigning so he could focus on his job. Apparently his job is now retelling histories of other pasts:

RUMSFELD: Well, the U.N. inspectors were not in there. The U.N. inspectors were out.

The boss must have a way with words, Bush has said that a couple times. Kinda trumps efforts at precision.
