      As a good and thoughtful libertarian, Kling knows that there too many bottlenecks in the mechanisms through which the greater and lesser Deciders could obtain accurate information, even if they wanted to or were capable of making good faith use of it. I share this concern, with just a smidgen of irony creeping into my agreement.
