    Math is hard:

    According to Powell Saddam was "unable to project conventional power against his neighbours", nor "any significant capabilities" with WMD, yet somehow "He was a threat then."

    Somebody explain to me how Saudi and Egyptian terrorists flying planes into American buildings would positively affect Saddam Hussein's ability to project conventional power and/or develop significant weapons capabilities. Nothing new about the "extent of his holdings" was revealed before the war, except the continued lack of any evidence that he had any holdings. Making new references to old UN reports cataloging the destruction of programs Saddam might have had prior to the Gulf War as your case for another war 12 years later doesn't qualify as new evidence. This is absurd.
