    Remembering Abu Nidal:

How Bush's little stump speech should really read:

"Do you remember Abu Nidal? I do. He's the notorious Palestinian terrorist guilty of scores of atrocities, including the 1985 attacks on Rome and Vienna airports in which 20 people were killed and the 1986 attack on a synagogue in Istanbul in which 22 Jewish worshippers were massacred.

To fund his reign of terror Nidal laundered money through the Bank of Credit and Commerce International, along with myriad other terrorists and narco-traffickers, including Saddam Hussein, the Mendellin Cartel, the US Senate, the Executive Branch, the founders of Al Qaeda, and even Osama Bin Laden himself. BCCI was the mother of all terrorist financing. My opponent in this race was the man who uncovered all this despite my daddy's efforts to stop him and despite his own party's efforts to stop him. John Kerry shut BCCI down."
