when you're watching C-SPAN 2, and somebody proffers to explain "why free market reform didn't work in X", and the suggestion in turn is that "it didn't go far enough or deep enough fast enough" and therefor "there was a lashback": drink. Or if you're too sick to drink (the horror), change the channel. X in this case is Latin America. Look, there's an hours long speech by Chavez in Argentina on C-SPAN 1. How apropos
