  a sheet of reinforced adamantium alloy installed over the frontal
  lobe of the brain. Within the sheet is a power store that holds
  latent energy that reacts upon impact, increasing the amount of force
  delivered by the blow. This allows the cyborg to be able to deliver a
  truly crippling headbutt that causes a great deal more damage than
  mere bone would allow.
