  As its name suggests, the Laser Arm Cannon is an enormous piece of
  weaponry that converts a Cyborg's arm into a barrel and hand into a
  muzzle.  Due to its complexity and size it was previously only
  fitted onto vehicles but recent C.R.C. developments have scaled it
  down without reducing its destructive capability.
