  The Matter Transmitter is a finger implant that works in conjunction
  with the standard issue C.R.C. hard-shelled backpack. When pointed at 
  an object on the ground, it is able to instantaneously displace the
  object's matter, and reassemble it within the backpack.

  This implant gives access to the 'transmit' power.
