  The Ocular Sensor Array is a unique advancement in optical spectrum 
  collection and computational analysis. It provides both a Heads Up 
  Display, as well as the ability for an in-depth scan for color coded
  threat level calculation. In addition to providing a basic competency
  scan, the Ocular Sensor Array is expandable with a variety of sensors 
  on the market that will increase its capabilities, and the details of 
  its output.

  In the HUD mode, the Ocular Sensor Array prepends a target's name
  with a small graph representing the competency of the target. 

  In scan mode, the Ocular Sensor Array returns a calculated color coded
  threat level representing the competency of the target. A graphic 
  further gauges the degree of danger within the given threat level.
  Warning: A threat level above red indicates almost certain death.

  Note: This implant can be installed in multiple instances.
