  The Universal Database Client allows a Cyborg to connect to the Central
  Database contained at the C.R.C. to enter and look up items. Any item
  that has been identified can be entered into the database so that in
  the future, any Cyborg can look up an unidentified item to determine
  what it is.

  This implant gives access to the 'dbenter' and 'dblookup' powers.
