      What's the old saying? The guy who suggests the dynamite is the provocateur/snitch. The one who offers to get it is the FBI agent. That's kind of heavy handed and pat, but there's something to it. The black blocs attract a lot of refugees from the magical-romantic right wing tendencies. Their anarchist convictions fade at the depressing amount of real hard work involved in building the new within the shell of the old, but they're keen enough on contributing to a media spectacle.

      Oh, I dunno. There's a lot worse things they could be doing. Young men need an outlet, riot cops chasing around black blocs is a sort of virtuous circle in that regard.
